Sad truth : not happening.
@Scarr : 5 members being active doesn't solve the matter.
@Ahmed : Well, we could spam-advertise on random forums. But then people wouldn't join because they would think we are pricks.
Then again, we could advertise on chat rooms/Y!Answers.
